  • Clean, nice, beautiful, great location.

  • We went to the bathroom downstairs because our room was being cleaned and were yelled at by one of the restaurant staff. Other than that the stay was perfect.

  • Nelibilo se mi, ze recepcni mel dziny a sportovni cernou kosili. U takoveho luxusniho hotelu bych cekala nejaky pracovni dress code. Sice bylo 21:00 vecer, ale toto uplne narusilo muj ocekavany dojem z Vaseho hotelu. Jinak vse v poradku, super postel, vyborna snidane.

  • Bezvadna obsluha v restauraci, vsude bylo krasne cisto.

  • Wellnes nas velice zklamal, zadne soukromi, presto, ze jsme ho navstivili, po 15 min jsme znechuceni odchazeli, vsude bylo plno a hlucno. Slabsi je taktez parkovani u hotelu.

  • Sehr kompetentes Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Ausgezeichnete Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Schönes, sauberes, großes, angenehm temperiertes Zimmer. Günstige Lage.

  • Unflexible An- und Abreisezeiten. Anreise sollte bis 24.00 Uhr möglich sein, 18:00 Uhr ist zu früh. Abreise bis 12:00 Uhr wäre angenehmer, um in Ruhe frühstücken zu können. Beim 1. Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) hätten wir gerne ein Handtuch gewechselt gehabt und es auf den Boden gelegt, dieses wurde vom Zimmerservice wieder zu den anderen dazu gehängt. Wenig und sehr dünnes Toiletpapier.
